Xinghuo BIF International Super Nodes (Macau & Malaysia) Officially Launched 6月1日，由澳门特别行政区政府经济及科技发展局、山东省工业和信息化厅和山东省国有资产监督管理委员会共同指导，浪潮集团有限公司主办的“携手鲁港澳 构建新格局”2023第三届数字贸易创新应用峰会在中国澳门成功召开，会上隆重举行了“星火·链网”国际超级节点（澳门）、国际超级节点（马来西亚）上线仪式。此次双节点正式上线，标志着“星火·链网”国际网络规模初步形成，全球化布局再创里程碑，通过节点互联互通，促进跨境数据可信自由流动，赋能全球数字贸易和数字经济协同发展。 On June 1, the Third Digital Trade Innovation and Application Summit 2023, with the slogan of “Foster a new paradigm with Shandong, Hong Kong and Macau” was successfully held in Macau, China. The summit was hosted by Inspur Group Co., Ltd., under the guidance of Macau SAR Economic and Technological Development Bureau, the Department of Industry and Information of Shandong Province, and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shandong Province. During the summit, a grand launching ceremony was held for Xinghuo BIF International Super Node (Macau) and International Super Node (Malaysia), marking a phased achievement of Xinghuo BIF global architecture. The official launch marks a preliminary stage of Xinghuo BIF global network and a milestone toward its global vision. The interconnection of the nodes would support the cross-border data free flow with trust, enabling the globally coordinated development of digital trade and digital economy.

He said that Macau, as one of the central cities in the Greater Bay Area, has unique economic and trade regional advantages. Having officially launched, Xinghuo BIF International Super Node (Macau) will provide stable services for various industries, and realize open data sharing by building an information-connecting mechanism with identifier. It will empower the cross-border digital trade cooperation, and lay a trusted data infrastructure basis for the Greater Bay Area Deep Cooperation Zone. According to Ao, CAICT will continuously support the development of Macau’s digital economy from multiple perspectives, such as industrial planning, technological innovation, ecological cultivation, and industrial environment.

The newly-launched International Super Node (Macau) is equipped with relevant software systems, resources and services, capable of basic services, value-added services, and cross-border ecological services. It has fully leveraged the business characteristics of certain regions to empower cross-border digital trade and data flow through the established international super nodes (Malaysia and Macau), domestic super nodes (Xiamen and Liuzhou), as well as backbone nodes (Jiaozhou, Shandong, and Hengqin, Guangzhou). Supported by G20, BRICS, SCO, ASEAN, BRI and other international cooperative blocs, Xinghuo has brought international services to many of these partnership countries. With open construction strategies and governance model, Xinghuo BIF positions as a blockchain infrastructure that provides service to the world and its construction was started in Aug 2020.
